I let chef Trader Joe help me out with this one using their jarred bruschetta. Whip these up in no time for a quick appetizer or snack. We love pairing it with Pesto Cavatappi.
1 jar bruschetta (I use Trader Joe's)
1 wheat baguette
Olive oil for brushing
Feta (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
With slight diagonal cuts, slice baguette.
Place on pan and brush with olive oil.
Toast slices in oven for 10 minutes.
After toasted, add bruschetta.

YUMMY...we eat this on the deck a lot! Love appetizers for dinner! Though the Trader Joe's Bruschetta doesn't have anything on Joseph's ;)
ReplyDeleteAfter much self-therapy I've somewhat come to terms with having no Joseph's salsa and bruschetta nearby... but I can no longer say my life is complete. Next time we're in CL we're staging a Joseph's kitchen break-in and snagging the recipe once and for all.
