Vegetarian Christmas Recipes (Color Themed!)

If you haven't decided what you're making for Christmas dinner yet, try a color-themed menu to brighten your holiday table! I LOVE colorful foods, so I gathered some gorgeous vegan and vegetarian recipes that highlight healthy green and red foods. Most are seasonal recipes, but I threw in a few others just in case you can find good out of season produce (like tomatoes). Enjoy and happy holidays!
