Maple Dijon Dressing (Vegan Honey Mustard)

Only 3 ingredients and tastes like a vegan honey mustard! A delicious blend of sweet and tangy. Enjoy it as a salad dressing, condiment, or dipping sauce!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Optional additions:

  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1-2 Tbsp. tahini, salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust flavors if needed. (More syrup for sweeter, more vinegar for tang, etc.) For a creamy, thicker version whisk in 1-2 Tbsp. tahini.

Notes

Yield: Recipe makes about 1/2 cup dressing.
