Crispy Tofu Wrap
This easy plant-based crispy "chicken" wrap features baked tofu, fresh veggies, and ranch dressing. It's protein-rich and so satisfying! Plus easy to customize with other veggies and dressing.

Servings: 3 large wraps
Prepare the crispy baked tofu.
Meanwhile, roughly chop romaine and tomatoes. Thinly slice red onion. Then prepare ranch dressing or other sauce of choice.
Assemble wraps: Place lettuce, tomato, onion, and tofu down the center of a tortilla. Drizzle with dressing or sauce. Wrap up tightly with ends tucked in.
Yield: Recipe makes about 3 large wraps using 10" tortillas.
Oil-free option: The crispy tofu and ranch dressing are oil-free, so ensure your tortillas are oil-free as well.
Gluten-free option: Use GF tortillas.
