Vegan Pea Recipes

Explore 15+ vegan pea recipes! These easy recipes highlight this healthy, nutritious, and budget-friendly ingredient. Peas are rich in B vitamins and packed with fiber, protein, folate, potassium, and antioxidants. They're an easy, nutritious boost to add to plant-based meals!

Varieties: The recipes here use both fresh green peas (like garden peas, snow peas, and sugar snap peas) as well as dried split peas in both green and yellow varieties.

Frozen peas: I often make use of frozen peas as well. Not only are they super convenient, but they're often sweeter than fresh peas because they're harvested and frozen at the peak of their freshness. They're great to have on hand for tossing in soups, stir-fries, and more. (I also purchase organic whenever possible.)
