    Gluten-Free Vegan Recipes

    Browse 200+ gluten-free vegan recipes! These are our favorite recipes for enjoying a gluten-free vegan diet. If you are eating gluten-free due to celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or simply reducing your gluten intake because you generally feel better, you will find a huge variety of nourishing recipes. They are both healthy and easy to prepare. (Plus family-friendly and budget-friendly as well!)

    Tip: There are many simple swaps for enjoying a gluten-free diet. From wholesome pasta made from lentils, beans, quinoa, and brown rice to baking flours made with almonds, garbanzo beans, sorghum, etc. (I enjoy using "Bob's Red Mill" gluten-free all-purpose baking flour, almond flour, and oat flour.) Other swaps include using tamari or coconut aminos in place of soy sauce, and lettuce wraps or corn tortillas in place of flour tortillas. Naturally gluten-free whole grains include quinoa, rice, amaranth, millet, pure buckwheat, and sorghum.
