    Vegan Romaine Lettuce Recipes

    Browse 12+ healthy vegan romaine lettuce and salad recipes! Romaine lettuce is so crisp, crunchy, and refreshing. It's also a great source of vitamins K, C, and A, plus folate, manganese, and phytonutrients. Romaine is available throughout the year. It's a great base for salads, and also a refreshing addition to tacos, tostadas, burritos, and more.

    Tips: Look for lettuce with compact heads and crisp leaves. These are generally the best tasting, with the highest nutritional value. I try to purchase organic when possible. Store your romaine tightly wrapped in the refrigerator, and do not wash before refrigeration as that will encourage it to spoil faster.
