    Vegan Ginger Recipes

    Browse 20+ vegan recipes with ginger root! All of these recipes either feature or include this delicious ingredient. Ginger adds an aromatic, zesty flavor to a wide variety of dishes. Plus it contains phytonutrients (known as gingerols) and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is also well-known for its ability to promote digestive health by relieving nausea, soothing the stomach, and alleviating other symptoms of gastrointestinal distress. Most recipes here call for fresh ginger root, but a few include dried ginger root.

    Tip: Look for fresh ginger root that is firm and smooth, and avoid ones that are soft, wrinkled, or cracked. I try to purchase organic when possible.
