Tip: Peak season for sweet corn is typically mid-summer through early fall. This is when the concentration of nutrients and flavor is highest, but the cost is generally lowest. I use a variety of fresh sweet corn on the cob, frozen corn, and canned corn depending on the season and what's available. However I always try to purchase organic corn when possible.
